  1. How long has Ausley's been in business?
    Ausley's Chevelle Parts was started in January of 1980 by Roger and Penny Ausley in Graham, North Carolina. We pride ourselves in offering top quality parts at the best prices on the market.
     
  2. Are there any other companies that are affiliated with Ausley's?
    No, Ausley's Chevelle is not affiliated with any other company.
     
  3. Is there an 800 number that I can call?
    Yes, our number is 1-800-2AUSLEY (1-800-228-7539). We also offer a 24 hour fax line (336) 228-7566 and a tech line (336) 228-6701.
     
  4. Do I have to pay for my items by credit card?
    Most orders are paid by credit card. We accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover. However we do also accept Money Orders and Cashier's Check as forms of payment. You simply place your order to find out the total, then mail us the money order or cashier's check. When we receive the money, we will process the order and send out your parts!
     
  5. How long will it take for me to receive my order and how does it ship?
    Most parts are shipped within 24-48 hours of placing the order. We use UPS for most standard orders. Large sheet metal items must ship by motor freight. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in North Carolina so shipping times may vary to your door step. For example, North Carolina to California will take 6-8 days. Note: UPS does not deliver or move your packages on weekends unless it is Next Day Air Saturday Delivery.
     
  6. Why doesn't Ausley's offer free shipping like other companies do?
    Other companies mark the price of their parts up to cover their free shipping policy, and some have a minimum purchase amount to qualify for free shipping. Always read the fine print. Free shipping is NOT offered on any sheet metal/truck freight orders or oversized UPS boxes, so don't fall into that trap. We base our costs on the weight of the item and your zip code. We also ship UPS to insure safe delivery and tracking numbers.
     
  7. How can your prices be so much less than your competitors? Are the parts inferior?
    Absolutely not! We buy parts directly from the manufacturer, which cuts out the middle man and allows us to give you a better deal!
     
  8. Why are some of your prices higher while most are lower - for example, carpet prices?
    We offer a higher quality carpet than our competitors. A cheaper price possibly means a cheaper product. Some dealers carry a cheaper quality part just to sell it for less. Ausley's researches what we sell so we can offer the best products at the best prices. If there is more than one company making the same part, we will only offer the higher quality of the two products.
     
  9. Can I pick up my items at the store to avoid shipping costs?
    Of course you are welcome to come to our showroom to pick up your parts. We are located at 300 S. Main St. in Graham, NC. Just call to get directions and to make sure that we have your parts in stock and ready for you when you arrive! We are open M-F 8:30-5:30 and Saturday 9:00-1:00.
     
  10. Can I order parts and have them brought to car shows that Ausley's is coming to?
    Yes, we are happy to take show orders. They will be boxed and brought to the car show with your name on them. However, you will be charged a nominal fee on your credit card to ensure pickup. You can pay the remainder of the fee either by credit card or cash at the show. This is great because you are sure that we have your parts before you even come to the show! We ask that you call us around a week before the show so that we have time to box and load your order in advance!
     
  11. Does Ausley's attend more car shows than are listed in the catalog?
    Yes, we do attend more car shows than get listed in the catalog. The best way to find out where we will be next is to visit the show schedule on the website. It is kept more up to date than we are able to keep the catalog!
  12. Coupon Codes
    Ausley's does not honor any coupon codes that originate outside of www.chevelle.com. These codes will not work on our site, and will not be honored over the phone, in the show room, or at the car shows
