Just a note to say Thanks! I ordered a new gas tank kit for my 65 Chevelle and after installing it found the gas tank meter was bad. I called and a new gas tank meter was sent to me. (received in about one week)

My name is Nick Bires and I have been an Ausley's customer for the past 7 or so years. I was working on a 1970 Chevelle project and it is finally completed. I just received the t-shirts that you sent me and find them incredible! I appreciate you guys giving me the courtesy of sending the free shirts even after I purchased some parts from you. That shows you are a class act and really do care about your customers.
I must admit, however, that I cheated on you. It meant nothing and was only once. Trust me. I purchased some parts from Classicmuscle.com only because they offered free shipping. In my attempts to save a little money, I decided to buy a few things and try out another supplier. Well…when my bill came in my email, the shipping was still on there. I emailed them back and they said that I had to add a particular “code” when I ordered the parts to receive the discount. Who makes you work for a discount like that? If they offer free shipping for orders over a certain $ amount, why don’t they just figure it out on their end? Instead they make the customer chase the discount in order to get it. They wouldn’t budge and stopped emailing me even after I protested the situation. Nice customer service, huh?
Anyway, long story short, I have seen the light. I found you and should have just stuck with you. My innate cheapness took me down a wrong path. I apologize for the indiscretion and promise to be faithful to you from now on. You guys are REALLY who I’ve been looking for and are an incredible company.

Writing you guys a LONG overdue Thank You for making such exceptional Chevelle Parts and offering amazing customer service for the past 12 years. I bought my chevelle in September 2001 when I was 14. What started as a little father/son project has become a life long devotion that has brought more joy than anything else. I owe every compliment I get to 2 things,...Hard work by my father and myself, and to Ausley's Chevelle Parts. My Green Monster which we call "Strictly Business" started off as a 2 bolt main 396/325, Turbo 400, column shift, parchment bench seat car to a 454 LS6, Super t-10 4 Speed, Black Bucket seats,...Moroso 12 bolt posi, 4.11s....All done the way muscle cars should be done of the era. I run into you guys once a year at Englishtown Raceway Park. All the guys who go on the road should be commended for literally having every part i ask for,...as well as the convienience of having my parts ready for me when I get there,....so thank you again, wish I could remember everyones name so I could thank them personally,....if i'm ever driving down south ill be sure to bring you guys a box of Cannolis from the Bronx to show my gratitude !

Just wanted to write and tell you how much I appreciate your service! I've been using your company since 1996 when my parents had their 70 Chevelle SS 396 and when I first restored my 70 Monte. Over the years I’ve bought a number of items from you and here lately we have purchased three 70-72 cowl induction hoods. One for use on a 70 El Camino and the other two were used for custom hoods for my first two Monte’s. When we go up to Carlisle for any of the shows, we make a point to stop in your booth to see new items or to buy items we need for a project. Thanks for all the services Ausley’s Chevelle offers.

I purchased a part at Spring Carlisle in Pennsylvania and the part did not fit my 72 Chevelle. I called, you said to return it and a few days later I had a check for the amount I paid. I am here to tell you how good your order dept reacted to a problem on my last order. Somehow I ended up with two sets of rear window trim. I called last thur... wish I knew who I talked to... and explained my situation. I didn't expect the correct parts to arrive until this week. To my surprise a courier brought the parts friday morning... about 18hrs after I called. Wonderful and fast service! You and your staff are to be commended.
I finished the trim friday afternoon and took the car on it's 'maiden' voyage saturday morning, no it didn't sink! Lots of great comments about how good it looks. I hooked a couple of pics in case you want to see the results.

The UPS man just delivered a new set of wheel well chrome for my Chevelle. All is fine, not a ding / dent-----all perfect!!! Thanks so much for your quick response on my order damage. I'm a faithfull customer who appreciates truely appreciates your integrity! I'm presently working on a 1964 Chevelle wagon (4 dr) which I have shaved off the rear door handles to give it a better look, It will be tuorq/ivory in a two tone. I know you don’t know me from Adam, however I just wanted to express my appreciation for the info you gave me, and the money you saved me on my bumper for my 71. This being a 40yr old dream of mine, you made my first ever experience at a swap/ auction(Charlotte) a memorable one, I learned a lot, and my wife enjoyed herself, she almost bought a 39 Plymouth, thanks again for the memories and the savings.
It was good to see you guys again this weekend. I picked up my order you brought to Moultrie swap meet on Friday. I thought my floor plug kit and '67 trunk weatherstrip channels were missing from the box of parts, so your guy pulled them from your in-truck stock and gave them to me. Once again, you guys did your job and replaced the items, no questions asked. When I got home this evening, I discovered the missing parts were taped to my trunk drop-off in the box of parts. I'll send the extra stuff back to your shop via UPS on Monday. I apologize for the mix-up, I should've inspected the box more closely.
